NATGEO X CHEERIOS
This is brand collaboration is merely an exercise. I am not paid nor affiliated to neither of these companies.
The purpose of this collaboration, National Geographic x Cheerios, is to raise awareness to the rapid decline of the bee population. “Due to intensive farming practices, mono-cropping, excessive use of agricultural chemicals and higher temperatures associated with climate change” bee and other pollinators have steadily declined in numbers in the past couple years. With the help of bee-keeper and actor Morgan Freeman as a spokesperson, light can be shined on this issue.
In order to keep the brands recognizable after merging them, I kept NatGeo’s yellow frame, as it was the most identifiable of the two. Yellow hexagons were added, referencing Cheerio’s honey comb theme.
